Any modifications requested after design approval may incur additional charges. Revised timelines will be communicated accordingly.
SVI Designs shall not be liable for indirect damages, unforeseen structural limitations, third-party vendor delays, or material availability issues.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work and incurred expenses remain payable.
